Ordering FAQ

Payment methods

We accept all popular payment methods and more than 20 currencies worldwide. The ordering process has been translated into more than 15 languages.

Limited domains?

We think it is fair if big companies, selling their solutions to many customers or providing SaaS for many customers, have to pay more than private users, single-person freelancers or small teams. Therefore there may be domain limits on usage licenses. If there are limits, those will be shown next to the product description in the order page.

Discounts

For some products we offer volume discounts or limited discounts. All available discounts will be shown in our order page.

Licensed per developer

For AppGini itself and for our products you need 1 license per developer. We think it is fair if companies with many developers have to pay more than private users, single-person freelancer or small teams.

Download and updates

You will receive an email containg a download link after purchase. Follow that download link for initial download and also for downloading updates.

Tip: After download and integration, check the version number in console tab of your browser's developer tools. Don't forget to clear cache!

If there are problems with the download, please send an e-mail and tell us your order number and, if different, the e-mail address you used when ordering.

Compatibility

Our JavaScript library is compatible with AppGini Versions 5.7x, 5.8x, and 5.9x.

Allthough untested, it should also work with all versions of AppGini since 5.20 (since October 2013) when Bootstrap themes had been added to AppGini.

Bugfixing and
Support Options

Bugfixing is included for one year, usually. This applies to bugs in our product, not to bugs in your code nor bugs in other code. There is free community support in the AppGini forum and there are paid support options if you need consulting or support/help in programming. See support-options here and here.

Personal, Non-commercial license

Due to the fact that demand for personal, non-commercial licenses was so low, we do no longer offer personal licenses.
